Birthdays are very exciting days in our home. The children love the cake, presents, balloons, and extra-special attention. I love celebrating their lives. This season of motherhood is the greatest adventure, and I enjoy marking each milestone along the way.
I am really enjoying this particular child entering the preschooler stage. She was such a challenging, high maintenance infant and toddler. Most of the challenge came from her extremely unfriendly personality, and demanding clinginess. The closer she came to age 3, the sweeter and friendlier she bloomed.
Right now, she is absolutely delightful.
