We tackled living room/dining room painting project this weekend. I really wanted to complete it before we start decorating for Christmas.
The Referee and the kids surprised me Saturday morning by completing the "prep" work first thing. They had all the furniture moved before I woke up. I was able to get a couple hours of effort in before going to work that day. Then, much to my surprise, the work load was light for 2 days in a row. I chose to come home early, after only working half-shifts, and work more on the living room instead. It looks so beautiful now. I am quite pleased. I still need to clean and organize the whole great room, before taking a picture of it all. But, for now, here is the progress:
