I have not dropped off the face of the Earth.
Somehow, I managed to get myself WAY over-scheduled.
Each day ran into the next. I was unclear where the boundaries were.
It was past midnight on Wednesday when I remembered I had forgotten to blog that day. Then, I remembered it was December 1st. Er, well, it was December 2nd, by the time I realized it was December already.
So, National Blog Post Month was complete. I managed to post every day for all 30 days of November. It was fun. Then, it ended quietly.
And, now I am behind on writing the details of this past week.
I jumped right into a "Spring Cleaning" household organizing project that helped me lose track of time. Was Wednesday December 1st an actual day this year? I missed it entirely.
The living room is painted. The house is organized. The kids' toys are purged and cleaned up, just in time for new items to arrive for Christmas. We have already started through our busy month of social activities that seem to fill up December. The laundry mountain has not been scaled.
Plus, there is that whole working a full-time job outside the home, thing.
Needless to say, I am tired. So, instead of catching up on blog posts to share stories and pictures of all of our recent fun.....
I am going to go take a nap before work tonight.
