We recently had a blast at the Christmas Tree Corral fundraiser for Galloping Grace Youth Ranch. Even though we have always set up an artificial tree, we still went out to the corral to have some fun. We made sure to shop at their country store, to support their fund raising efforts.

Our artificial tree is ready to retire after this season. It can barely stand up, and certainly not straight. At first, I thought I would check out the after-Christmas sales and pick up a pre-lit one for next year. After visiting the Christmas Corral, I am convinced we should try out a live tree next year....and support GGYR at the same time. Plus, it will give us a good excuse to return for more fun.
