We experienced a "first" at our house, courtesy of Jersey #5.
I have heard numerous stories from other parents about such experiences with their children.
It is apparently, quiet common.
For some reason, it took our 5th child to be the first to achieve this memory.
Jersey #5 cut his own hair.
I walked into the living room and caught him with a pair of scissors in hand, snipping at one side of his head. From the looks of it, he missed a couple times and also scratched his neck.
There is never a dull moment in parenting...
