Jersey #5 is ONE YEAR OLD today! We had a blast celebrating his 1st birthday. One of my favorite childhood traditions is letting our 1-year-olds dig into their own birthday cake. It is wonderful, messy fun! I enjoy watching their reaction to having an entire cake set before them. A little taste of the frosting.... then a fistful of frosting.... before we know it, there are two fists digging in. I laugh in person, then I laugh some more as I view the photographs. I even laugh at the sight of the colored bathwater! Turning 1 can be so much fun!
